A hotel’s concierge is your best friend if you want hard-to-get restaurant reservations, tickets to a sold-out event or advice on the best jeweler in town.

"My job is about service" says Stephen Vincent, Chef Concierge at the Hotel Grand Pacific.  In fact, the motto of Les Clef’s D’Or, for which only a few in Victoria qualify, is ‘service through friendship.’ Stephen, a Clefs D’Or concierge since 2005, has also been an active member and Director of the Victoria Guest Services network…..a role that keeps him ‘in the know.’
