Temporary Guest Services Agent
Description of Duties:
This position is responsible for operations at the Front Desk, proactively managing the check in and check out process and ensuring the needs of Guests are met.
The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must also possess 2 years recent experience in a Hotel Front Office as well as the ability to resolve problems.
Positions available with starting dates of April 1st or May 1st, 2014.
