Temporary Reservations Agent
Description of Duties:
The position is responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to internal and external callers. Duties include maximizing hotel revenue and occupancy by selling room nights and room rates to incoming callers, dispatching guest requests within the hotel and taking Room Service orders.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have previous hotel experience as well as the ability to type 40 WPW, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word and have the ability to handle high volumes of calls with a clear, friendly manner.
