Stephen Vincent, our Chef Concierge, is a member of Les Clefs d'Or, which is a worldwide association of concierges. Les Clefs d'Or (The Golden Keys) has over 3,000 members in 35 countries. The association is a network of experienced, knowledgeable hotel concierges that we can call upon should you need crucial information or assistance when arriving in a new city.
