Hotel Grand Pacific Information

Check-In Time and Check-Out Time

Check-in is 3:00pm, and check-out is 11:00am. Guests may be permitted a late check-out upon request. A valid credit card is required for check in; we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, and JCB.

Room Occupancy

All rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Additional adults in a room are $30.00 per night. The hotel allows a maximum of five guests per room, subject to guestroom size.

Child Policy

Children of 17 years and younger may stay in a room at no additional charge, when accompanied by their parent. Registered guests must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid credit card.

Smoking

The hotel is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in public areas, guestrooms, or on balconies. Smoking outside is permitted at least three metres from the building.

Bed Types

Guests may request a specific bed type when booking their stay, however, is subject to availability upon check in.

Fridges and Microwaves

Hotel Grand Pacific offers guests fridges and microwaves to guests for an additional fee. These items are upon request and based on availability.

Cots

Limited cots are available for an additional fee of $30.00.

Electricity

Outlets and voltage in Canada (110 volts) are the same as the United States.  For guests from outside of North America, adapters are required.

Parking

Valet, self-parking, and day parking are available at the Hotel Grand Pacific for a fee. Clearance in the underground parking lot is 1.93 meters, or 6’4.” Over height parking is located across the street from the hotel for a fee and is subject to limited availability.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome to join you during your stay. One pet of less than 40 pounds is permitted per room. There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee for our Pet Package, for up to 4 nights, which is added to the cost of your room for a maximum of seven nights. Additional nights will result in another $50.00 fee accordingly.

Wireless Internet

Complimentary wireless internet is available to guests of the hotel. We also offer BOLT High-speed Access for $9.95 per day.

Pool Information

Our facility includes a 25-metre lap pool that averages 4 feet deep. The temperature is 27–28˚C, or 82–83˚F. Two lanes are always kept available for laps.

Hotel Grand Pacific Gift Certificates make wonderful presents. They can be purchase from the Front Desk, and are available for accommodation, dining, and other hotel amenities.

Currency

Stores and attractions in Victoria accept Canadian currency. Guests can exchange their currency at Canadian banks or foreign exchange brokers. Although many local shops and restaurants accept American currency seasonally, we recommend having other payment options as well.

Passport Requirements in Canada

American born citizens, if entering Canada by air, land or sea (including ferries), are required to carry a valid passport. Other accepted documents include a U.S. Passport Card, Trusted Traveler Program Card, or an enhanced driver’s license (For residents of Washington and New York states).

The Hotel Grand Pacific is located at 463 Belleville Street in Victoria, BC. Underground parking is accessible behind the hotel on Quebec Street.
